The Asurion Appliance Protect plan is a service contract that provides coverage for your eligible major appliances for a low monthly charge. It provides an easy claims process, quick enrollment, and no hidden fees.
Asurion Appliance Protect is different from a product warranty provided by a manufacturer. It does not extend the term of any manufacturer’s warranty.
If you have an issue with a covered appliance and your claim is approved, you will pay a flat fee of $99, plus applicable taxes, to get the appliance serviced.
The plan covers any size or brand of most major appliances, including refrigerators, freezers, dishwashers, ranges and cooktops, ovens, built-in microwaves, washing machines, and dryers.
No, Asurion Appliance Protect will not impact your homeowners insurance. Instead, it is designed to complement your coverage by protecting your eligible home appliances.
Asurion Appliance Protect plan has a monthly cost of $34.99, plus any applicable taxes and billed monthly to your credit or debit card on file.
Yes, you may cancel this service at any time. If you cancel within 30 days from your enrollment date, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel outside of 30 days, you will receive a prorated refund. For more information about cancellations, check out the program terms and conditions.
